Ensure that the error handling works correctly and that all API requests are successfully transmitted to idealo. In case of problems, it might be helpful to perform a reset of the data, i.e., delete all offers on idealo and resubmit them. More information can be found in the PWS 2.0 API documentation.
If you use the API via a third-party provider, check if the data query occurs frequently enough and request an optimization or maximization of the update frequency if necessary. Only with direct transmission of changes in the offer data without delay can the benefits of the API connection be exploited.
Please also consider the complete route of your offer data and take into account the path from the source system of the data and data change to idealo. The PWS 2.0 API only covers the part of the route between the merchant system and idealo. Upstream systems can slow down quick updates in this regard.
