Delivery times are read directly out of your export feed (or via our web service). If you would like to change your delivery times, please send the amended delivery time information to idealo in the export feed. If the status next to your offer(s) is still incorrect, even though you are sending the correct delivery time to us in your feed, please contact our Technical Account Management team via the contact form in your idealo Business account or write directly to tam@idealo.co.uk.
