In the confirmation email that the customer receives after leaving a review, there is a link for deleting the review. The review can be deleted within 14 days of being posted. If the customer no longer has the link, they can contact us at opinions@idealo.co.uk, or they can send you an email stating their customer number. We will then take care of this for you.
