You can change your address in idealo Business, your retailer portal, by going to your "shop settings" under "My idealo". Once you have made the changes, please click on the button "Request changes".
Billing details can be changed via "My idealo" > "Invoices". We will check the changes and get back to you accordingly. Alternatively, you can inform your Account Manager by email of the changes.
